MICROCARE
In August 1990, a small factory in Nelson Mandela Bay was established manufacturing solar and electronic components during a time when electricity was cheap and clean energy was not often a priority. Today Microcare has grown and become the oldest company in South Africa to design, develop & manufacture a range of Pure Sine Wave Bi-Directional Inverters, Solar Regulators (known as MPPTs), Solar Pump Controllers (VSDs) and a range of Solar Monitoring Devices & Accessories. Today Microcare strives to be the local industry leader and the solar component manufacturer of choice in South Africa. This is achieved through the core values of the company: Quality, Service & Efficiency. The goal is to provide clients with the best possible South African product ensuring excellent quality, value and performance, complimented with an efficient & reliable customer service experience.
While offering the best local product and value for money Microcare also offers development of new technology based on our customers requirements. The Microcare Tech Support team is available for technical trouble shooting as well as telephonic backup support & response. Training courses are offered ensuring that installations are done according to a credible industry standard.
Microcare has strategically aligned with certified Microcare installers & distributors around the country to ensure that the end user receives ongoing support for their investment. Microcare has also partnered with Merchant West Holdings to assist installers in offering financing to the end user.
As we prepare for an adjusted lifestyle in South Africa post Covid-19 and prepare for electricity price increases & possible load-shedding, we are encouraged to consider a greener future using locally manufactured technology to stimulate our economy and energy future.
